This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client had issues with translating their site into three languages and had to cancel some translations that did not complete. They were concerned about being charged twice for the same page translations when redoing them.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's credit usage and confirmed that each page was translated once per target language, which results in separate jobs and credit usage for each language. This is expected behavior. Clients can view their detailed credit usage history by navigating to WPML → Translation Management → Tools → Usage. If the client believes there is still a case where a page was charged twice, they should provide a specific example (page URL) and explain the situation for further review.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
