This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client had issues with translating their site into three languages and had to cancel some translations that did not complete. They were concerned about being charged twice for the same page translations when redoing them.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's credit usage and confirmed that each page was translated once per target language, which results in separate jobs and credit usage for each language. This is expected behavior. Clients can view their detailed credit usage history by navigating to WPML → Translation Management → Tools → Usage. If the client believes there is still a case where a page was charged twice, they should provide a specific example (page URL) and explain the situation for further review.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I had issues with translating my site into 3 languages (all pages), so I had to cancel some that did not complete. When I had to re-do the translations, I had to pay credits again. How can I see my credit usage history?

Please assist in not keep having to pay credits over and over for the pages that were not translated successfully the first time

Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

I reviewed your credit usage in detail, and it seems my initial impression was incorrect. After checking the usage reports for January, February, and March, I was not able to find any cases where the same page was translated twice into the same language and charged twice.

You can also download and review the usage reports yourself from WPML → Translation Management → Tools → Usage.

From what I can see, each page was translated once per target language, which results in separate jobs and credit usage for each language. This is expected behavior.

If you believe there is still a case where a page was charged twice, please share a specific example (page URL) and explain what makes you think it was double-charged. I’ll be happy to review that case further.

Regards,
Drazen
