Tell us what you are trying to do?
We translated a website and I am pretty sure that my employee translated the website in the columns. Suddenly the translation is not there anymore. Instead, the old verion of the blog is visible on English

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Can you please update WPML and the other plugins to the latest version?
I see you're using WordPress 6.5 but WPML 4.6.9 is not compatible with it.

You can update from Plugin > Add new > Commercial tab

Also please increase your WP Memory Limit (https://wpml.org/it/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/) and try to download the translations again
