I have the same issue listed here:

For some reason when i activate WPML, my tabs in my account stop working. I've tried saving the permalinks again, created a new page for my account, none of this works. It only starts working again when i deactivate WPML.

Any idea how to fix this? I can't post debug info right now becasue i would need to reac tive WPML on the live site.

Thanks for reaching out to WPML Support.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.

Since you're using the WooCommerce Plugin on your site, please install and activate the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin on your site to make the WooCommerce Plugin work properly with WPML. You should be able to do that by going to "Plugins > Add New > Commercial" tab.

Once it is activated, please proceed to complete the setup and make sure that translations for the default WooCommerce pages have been generated. I hope the issue will be resolved once the My Account page has beemn translated properly.
