Hi Long,

I have a doubt. Could you please confirm your statement "By default, WPML doesn't support sending a post that has the original language, which is not the site's default language, to automatic translation." I don't find anything related to that in the tutorial you sent and never had issue with that before. Perhaps something with new wpml version I'm not aware. If true, it's a big limitation to have writers with different languages working for the same multilinguage site.

Hi,

Here is a new ticket. Regarding your question, it is noted in the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/
please screenshot attached.

That means, from WPML > Translation Management, you cannot send the post/page to automatic translation. However, you can assign the job to a translator, and go to WPML > Translations > Take the job and open the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE)> Then you can use the automatic translation feature in ATE.

I hope that makes sense.
