WPML reports a REST API issue under WPML → Support, stating that the REST API test endpoint does not respond correctly.

However, the test endpoint `hidden link` works correctly when accessed directly via browser, returning valid JSON with:

- `"status": "valid"`
- `"get_parameters": "valid"`

The issue occurs only inside the WordPress admin, when opening WPML → Support:
- the page loads very slowly or struggles to load;
- WPML still reports a REST API problem, despite the endpoint being reachable and valid.

Additionally:

- some translated pages appear incomplete or incorrectly rendered, even though translations were completed and saved;
- the issue is intermittent and does not affect all translated pages.

At the moment:

- WordPress REST API is enabled and functional;
- the issue seems limited to WPML backend checks or admin-side REST requests.

We would appreciate help to:

- understand why WPML reports a REST API failure when the endpoint is valid;
- verify whether the slow loading of WPML → Support can affect translation rendering;
- identify any known conflicts (security, caching, server configuration) that may affect WPML only in the admin area.

Hi,

Can you check this?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/your-site-doesnt-meet-wpmls-minimum-requirements-issue-with-price-in-translated-products/#post-17606679

If this doesn't help, you can also check this:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/your-site-doesnt-meet-wpmls-minimum-requirements-issue-with-price-in-translated-products/#post-17634179

However, note that this should have no effect to WPML functionality and we will resolve this in one of the next versions, likely 4.9.
