Background of the issue:
I am testing a 1-month trial to migrate my site from strato.nl hosting to rocket.net hosting. The live current site is hidden link and the test site is hidden link. I am using WPML and need help with some issues.

Symptoms:
WPML Strings update failed.

Questions:
What is the reason for the WPML Strings update failure? Do I currently use the WPML feature WPML Strings?
Which WPML features that I have installed are not in use or are obsolete?

What is the reason for the WPML Strings update failure?

After migrating your site to a new test site as a copy, you need to register the test site with a new sitekey to update WPML plugins.

Do I currently use the WPML feature WPML Strings?

You can go to WPML > Support to check the status of the WPML plugins. Or you can share the WPML debug info, I can help you check installed WPML plugins. If you don’t know how to share the debug info, please follow this article https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Mr Long,

A] I already registered the WPML key for the “live trial” site
B] there is at least one on my site [I continue DO NOT GET TO SEE THE DEBUG INFO], and the last ticket I sent [and that time, I could enclose the Private info – I submitted it, and the fine WPML wizard, destroyed it something is wrong with the support ticket system
C] I will reply here, and try it again with a new ticket [so it stays 1 question], but I get tired of the lost tickets and I do not see the dashboard, I should see, according to DEBUG info

As it seems, my original is “really gone””, as it contained all the information you needed:

Could you check, which features, I currently do not use [are active], as I need only the ones I use, I am not sure anymore [for example “strings” and “sticky Links”, and some other ones, …

Wordfence gives 4 notices, about “abdandoned” or “out-of-date” WPML plug-in features.

I sent this already, but the ticket seems lost [I talked with Agnes from WPML business development about this], hope it works, now [the original ticket I got a box and sent the debug and private info [and then all went wrong with this ticket]

I think, in all cases, I need to see the Private Box and Private information for the Debug info, which is not te case. This results in frustration and delay

I do not get to see this box, with private additional information, only 1, and than the support system [ruins it] something is wrong with the support ticket system [at least on my end]
