Symptoms: The clean-up cache operation comes with a warning that states 'This operation will reset WPML's language tables and reinstall it. Any custom languages that you added will be removed.' Questions: What is meant by 'Custom Languages'?

May I know exactly which "clean-up cache operation" you are trying to perform? Could you share some screenshots? Or are you referring to the options in WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > such as Reset language?
