This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to translate the 404 page and another custom page created using the Divi builder, as these pages are not directly accessible or listed as typical WordPress pages.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with translating a 404 page or any other custom page created with the Divi builder, we recommend the following steps:
1. Access the specific page settings in the Divi builder. For the 404 page, you can directly edit it by visiting: https://majacronert.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=7278&action=edit&lang=en
2. To check how the 404 page appears currently, you can visit: https://majacronert.com/4sadf
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.
