Authentication error when trying to translate the page using Advanced Editor

dreamingP	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate pages using the Advanced Translation Editor on my site, hidden link. I am using WPML core 4.8.4 and Translation Management 2.11.0. My current Automatic Translation account ID is 33366335-3934-5730-b765-383637313435#gmNLbzc9MNPUEwQfq1UrQAtt. When attempting to open any translation, WPML calls this endpoint: hidden link. I have already done the following on my side: Unregistered and re-registered WPML license Deleted all WPML_SITE_ID:, wpml_tm_%ate%, and wpml_translation_manager_% entries from the database Cleared the Troubleshooting caches and reset professional translation state Sent new translation jobs (no old ones left in wp_icl_translation_status) The issue persists, which suggests the ATE account ID above is orphaned or invalid on the ATE server. Symptoms: I am getting a persistent 'Authentication error, please contact your translation manager to check your subscription' whenever I try to open any job in the Advanced Translation Editor. The server immediately returns a 302 redirect with hidden link* error. Questions: How can I resolve the authentication error when using the Advanced Translation Editor? Can you unlink or reset my ATE account so my site can reconnect and obtain a new valid ATE account ID?
