This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the background image of a listing item created with JetEngine was not displaying in the translated version.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure that the translation preference for the custom field used to insert the background image is set to "Copy". This can be done by navigating to WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation and searching for the relevant field. If the field is set to "Not Translatable", it should be changed to "Copy".
Additionally, we advised the client to:
1. Access the page or post where the images are displayed.
2. Reinsert the images into the fields and make a small modification to the title of the page or post.
3. In the WPML language meta section, ensure that the two options shown in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/64LPjvigknHb are activated.
4. Update the changes and the translation accordingly.
We also suggested clearing the site and browser caches if the images were still not appearing after these steps.
