This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the background image of a listing item created with JetEngine was not displaying in the translated version.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure that the translation preference for the custom field used to insert the background image is set to "Copy". This can be done by navigating to WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation and searching for the relevant field. If the field is set to "Not Translatable", it should be changed to "Copy".

Additionally, we advised the client to:
1. Access the page or post where the images are displayed.
2. Reinsert the images into the fields and make a small modification to the title of the page or post.
3. In the WPML language meta section, ensure that the two options shown in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/64LPjvigknHb are activated.
4. Update the changes and the translation accordingly.

We also suggested clearing the site and browser caches if the images were still not appearing after these steps.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. If you're inserting the Background image through a custom field, please ensure that the translation preference for that custom field is set to "Copy". To ensure that, please go to "WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation" and search for the field where you've inserted the Background image. If it appears in the result, set the preference to "Copy".

However, I checked the listing page and noticed that the Background images are showing properly with each listing. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding: hidden link

Since it is showing properly now, have you managed to solve it? If you're not seeing the same, please clear the caches from the site and browser then check again.

Let me know the update. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

It works properly because i have change the image to the custom image. But the problem is more big because in the translated version does not appear the images of the custom field. No header image, no galery, the photos are not shown.

Hello There,
Thank you for sharing the updated and the field names.

From the WPML Debug Info, I noticed that the translation preference for the fields you've shared is set to "Not Translatable". This is why, the field data is not getting copied over to the Translation.

If you've already adjusted the translation settings for the specified fields to 'Copy', consider taking the following actions to see if it addresses the problem:

- Access the Page/Post displaying the fields and where the images have been uploaded.
- Reinsert the images into the fields and slightly modify the title of the page/post.
- In the WPML language meta section, confirm that these two options (hidden link) are activated.
- After that, update the changes and translation as well.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
