This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue with the message 'Failed to get parameters to initialize ATE dashboard: Empty or invalid response'. This problem occurred due to using an unsupported PHP version.
Solution:
We recommended changing the PHP version to 8.2 as PHP 8.4 might not be supported at the moment. Additionally, to further investigate the issue, we advised creating a staging copy of the website. This can be done using a plugin or by contacting the hosting provider for assistance. Once the staging site is ready, the client should provide us with access so we can perform further checks without affecting the live site.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking for related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket.

Hey there,

I've tried downloading a copy of your website, but the process failed multiple times. To be able to verify the issue and test solutions, I need you to please create a staging (testing) copy of your website on the same server, so I can check for causes and solutions without harming the live website.

You can use a plugin to achieve that, or reach out to your hosting support, ad they might be able to help you creating a staging website. Please send me the link to it here, when you are done. Thank you for the cooperation on this matter.

You can keep the same user you've already shared on staging, so I can access it directly.

Dear Lucas,

There's no more problems since I changed PHP version to 8.2 instead of 8.4. It may be not supported atm.

I was able to finish the process.

Thanks for your help, I'll change my creditentials.

Best regards,

Victor
