I am trying to: translate the categories

This page is where the categories are shown in english;
each category has at least one product inside but when I go to see the products in the category it tells me that the page cannot be found.

the situation does not arise with products/categories in Italian, which is the main language of the site.

I already saved the permalinks, cleared the cache but it doesn't work.

Sorry, I cannot open the link you shared without access.

Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

I'm getting an "Internal Server Error" when I try to open the English Language link hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot. Is this the issue that you're referring to?

Also, please grant me full administrative access to your Website so that I could look deeper in your Website configuration.
