This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with a sidebar used to filter products on a tour page. The sidebar is not translated into other languages, and filtering does not work on the translated tour pages, resulting in zero results. Additionally, the client is unable to generate links for filtered products under different categories in the translated languages.

Solution:
1. To translate the strings in the filters, we recommend following the steps in our guide on Translating Widgets.
2. If there are strings that are not available for translation, please refer to our guide on Finding Strings that Don’t Appear on the String Translation Page.
3. We also request that the client provides a step-by-step description of how to edit the configuration in these filters to better understand the scenario.
4. Additionally, we ask for temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue more thoroughly. It is important to back up the site before providing access to ensure safety.

If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

I am trying to:
This sidebar is used to filter products on my tour page.
However, the sidebar is not translated to the translated languages

Also, I can filter the products (tours) easily on the original tour page.
However, on the translated tour page, it doesn't work and I get zero results

I'm able to generate a link also for filtered products under different categories originally but not for the translated languages

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

I have visited hidden link and I can filter the tours correctly. I can see that the filter bar is not fully translated, but the results seem to be correct. Could you create a video showing the steps to reproduce the issue (if persists)?

Regards,
Carlos

Thank you very much for sharing the video

1.- In order to translate the strings in the filters you must follow the steps described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/ and if there are strings that you can't find for translation, then you must follow this other guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

2.- I kindly ask you to describe, step-by-step, how to edit the configuration in these filters. This will help me understand this scenario.

3.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Looking forward to your message.
