Here is the natural UK English version of your message: Hello, My website has just gone live. I tried to mark it as “in production” and also set it to production in the WPML back office. However, WPML says that choral-evnets.com is already registered and provides me with a site key. When I enter that key on the live site, I get an error. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you for your help. |

Hello there, Thank you for contacting WPML support. I’d be happy to help you with this issue. You mentioned that your site is now live. Could you please confirm whether you migrated the site from a development server to a production server, or if you simply marked the existing site as production? When a site is migrated, two different types of migrations may be required. The first is site key migration, which is related to managing translation credits and plugins updates. The second is ATE account migration, which is related to ongoing translations, translation memory, and the glossary. The screenshot you shared appears to show the ATE subscription migration, so it should not be related to the site keys. You can find more details here: In the meantime, could you please go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting and share the Automatic Translation ID listed there? I look forward to your reply. Thanks. |

Hello thanks for your answer. We used to have an old website hidden link on 1 server. This website was in production. Then, we worked on a new version of this website, with the domain name: hidden link on a NEW server. This website was in development, and I registered it on wpml as a development website. Now, this website is finished. We have changed the domain name to choral-events.com, on the same server as hidden link. I noticed then on your BO that my website was not anymore in development. It is well mentionned on your BO. And now I'm still blocked at the step "migration" on the BO of my website with the same error message (see screen), where it is written that I'm invited to contact you with this screenshot. Could you please help me? |

Hello there, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site. So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. This info is private and available to you and WPML supporters only. Note: Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Hello Karine, I noticed that the migration code I sent yesterday wasn’t used and has already expired. It’s possible you may have missed my message. Please let me know when it’s convenient for you, and I’ll generate a new migration code for you. Best regards, |

Hello Karine, I just wanted to follow up in case you might have missed my previous message (it was sent as a private reply). The migration code I generated is still valid, so you can still use it to complete the migration. If you need a new code or any help with the process, just let me know. Best regards, |
