Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with mobile responsiveness not working correctly when using the Slider Revolution plugin alongside WPML.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to isolate and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Export the Arabic language slider from your site.
2. Log in to a fresh WordPress site using the auto login URL provided.
3. Import the slider into the fresh WordPress site by navigating to Slider Revolution >> Overview >> Import Slider.
4. Create a new page and insert the slider to check if the issue persists.
5. If the issue continues, consider contacting Slider Revolution support for further assistance.
6. If the problem arises only after activating the WPML plugin, please inform us so we can investigate further.

please can you check if you are able to see the slider Arabic in mobile phones from your side please: hidden link, I am seeing this right now, is it possible to align the text to middle portrait and landscape orientation?

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I can now see the issue in the mobile view.

To isolate the cause of this issue, I have created a fresh WordPress site, installed the Slider Revolution plugin, and deactivated the WPML plugins. I’ve also set Arabic as the default language in Settings >> General, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please follow the below steps and let me know how it goes:

1. Export the Arabic language slider from your site.

2. Login to the fresh WP site by using the auto login URL:

3. Import the slider into the fresh WordPress site by going to Slider Revolution >> Overview >> Import Slider as you can see in the attached screenshot?

4. Once imported, kindly create a new page and insert the slider. Please check if the issue still persists.

5. If the issue continues, you may want to contact Slider Revolution support for further assistance.

6. However, if the problem arises only after activating the WPML plugin, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to investigate further.
