This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed help translating text from the Extra Product Option module on their WooCommerce site. They were unable to find the content they wanted to translate as a string in their current setup.
Solution:
First, we confirmed if the client was using the WooCommerce Extra Product Options plugin and directed them to the relevant documentation for WPML compatibility: https://help.themehigh.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406076310041-WPML-Compatibility.
Next, we enabled the 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' option in WPML > String Translation. After reloading the product page, the strings became available for translation at: https://www.blana.ro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-string-translation%2Fmenu%2Fstring-translation.php&search=Comand%C4%83+acest+produs.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

While one of my teammates addresses your ticket, I'm here to provide you with initial debugging steps.

Are you using the WooCommerce Extra Product Options plugin? If so, have you followed the documentation available at hidden link?

If the issue persists, I have enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to retrieve this information from your site and provide it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

First of all, thank you for your response. Secondly, I don’t have WooCommerce Extra Product Options Pro; I have Woo Extra Product Options (woo-extra-product-options) => this is the plugin : Extra Product Options for Extra product options For WooCommerce | Custom Product Addons and Fields by ThemeHigh, and I couldn’t find the content I want to translate as a string. Please help me translate this text from Romanian to English, as it is pretty much the only textual content on the product pages, and I can’t leave the text in Romanian on a page translated into English.

Thanks for your reply.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Yes, I managed to translate those paragraphs, and for that, I thank you for your help. However, I still have, hopefully, just one problem: this page: hidden link is translated here: hidden link. My problem is that the products are not listed on this page as they are on other category pages. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.
