Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync changes to all languages on my website, specifically changing the order of elements. I have a page where the German translation is stuck, and I can't open, cancel, or reassign the job. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Your laggy and buggy plugin is not working again. Every time I try to use your plugin, I need to contact you and spending much more time then if I am translating it manually. Why did I purchase your plugin for 100$? To slow me down?

Symptoms:
WPML Translation Jobs show 'Jobs could not be loaded.' The job is stuck in 'Translation assigned to local translator,' but it can't be found. The screen to check translation appears, but when I click save, the plugin is stuck.

Questions:
Why is the German translation job stuck and not loading?
How can I resolve the issue of the translation job being stuck in 'Translation assigned to local translator'?
Why your crappy plugin is not working?

Fix it so I don't have troubles with it or give me my money back. It is just simple as it is. Don't just fix it now, so I need to contact you in few weeks again when I want to change something on my website, but fix it for good, or just say "We can't fix it, it is shitty plugin, here is your money back" and then you can f... other people, but not me

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue, but we are here to assist you on this matter.

If the jobs can not be loaded, then there might be a conflict caused by another plugin, or maybe the site is currently not registered correctly.

Please send me a screenshot from WPML > Support > ATE Error Log.

Also, please go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now". Do you see any issues regarding API connections or the registered site key here?

Best regards
Andreas
