my new button doesn't exist

davidF-106	Hello, I updated a few pages, but noticed my new button doesn't exist and same on other pages where I just edited the link/text of buttons. hidden link home page you can see it. English is fine (my main page) but the other languages don't show it (although in translations it has the button text translated). How do I fix that?

davidF-106	Staging site is setup for you guys to figure out what is wrong with the front end. The site is hidden link. then the normal domain terabyteunlimited.com (I don't want any crawlers to follow link in case this is public).

Mohamed Sayed	Hi, Thanks for contacting WPML support. I checked the site and performed some tests including the following: - Updating the original page and the translation - Disabling the plugins that are not related to WPML - Running the WPML troubleshooting options But the issue persists and the button is still not showing on the secondary languages. I've escalated this issue to our 2nd tier support team for further investigation and will update you once I get their reply. Kind regards, Mohamed

Mohamed Sayed	Hi, Please create a full site backup then try the following steps: 1. Edit the original page in the default language 2. Make a small change to any text content 3. Update the page 4. Update the translations using the WPML's translation editor The above steps fixed the issue on the staging site as you can see here: hidden link Let us know please how that goes.

davidF-106	I will give it a try - note that instead of going in to each language manually, when I did this round of changes, I used the automatic update mode in the wpml management section. Maybe there is an issue with the automatic updates ? Because it's a hassle and slow to update each page individually.

davidF-106	I tried on the wip server and noticed the translation page is completely different .. the main site and the wip site had the new method where it just shows the text ... when I try using what is on the wip site now, it seems to work. But where is that setting changed, maybe try it with the new modern interface ?

Mohamed Sayed	Hi, We switched to the classic translation editor on the staging site to check the original button's string. But the translation was updated with the Advanced translation editor which is the same one you use on the live site. I will share your feedback with the 2nd tier supporters and update you here soon.

davidF-106	For what it's worth, it also happening on other pages I updated such as: hidden link Missing add to cart and download button. Prior to this last update to the page, all the buttons were showing. Differences is wordpress version, plug-in update versions.

Mohamed Sayed	Hi, Please create a full backup and then provide us with access details to the live site, this will allow us to check the ATE job IDs and the translated XLIFF files. The login details provided on chat are not working due to 2FA, so please make sure it's disabled for the account you provide.

davidF-106	Hello, I can't give direct access to production site unless you come in to remote session I can watch. I did restore the wip site so the issue is back. Right now it won't even let me translate anything. If you need the database or certain files, I can move those over to the wip site (the database should be up to date).
