Another example:

Original text:
Yeni yapılmış 3+1 geniş daire. Ayrı balkon, ebeveyn banyosu ve ayrı WC gibi özelliklere sahiptir. Ferah odalarıyla modern ve konforlu bir yaşam sunar.

Translation separated them:
hidden link

Thanks for your patience. I have a feedback and this is what our Advanced Translation Editor team mentioned.

The first 2 separate phrases:
Alanya (Antalya) and Hurma Mah. is correct that they are not joinable, they are separate in the XLIFF and also in the website I think they came from this. (Screenshot attached)

So it makes sense that they aren't joinable.

For the other phrase when it was translated in Russian it was

And so it was all joined automatically in 1 segment.

While when it was translated in Arabic the phrase was

Antalya Konyaaltı Hurma Mahallesi’nde yer alan bu 1+1 rezidans daire, 60 m² kullanım alanına sahiptir. 10 yıllık, iskânı alınmış bir binada yer alan daire, 4 katlı binanın 1. katında (giriş üstü) bulunmaktadır. The reason why it wasn't joinable is that **4 katlı binanın 1. katında (giriş üstü) **are 2 separate phrases inside the HTML tag, and for how we parse them they are on a "deeper level" so they aren't joinable with the surrounding phrases. The segments would be automatically joined if the phrase would have been 4 katlı binanın 1, katında (giriş üstü)
