Tell us what you are trying to do? Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? |

Hello, I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further. You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT The private response form looks like this: Next time you reply, click "I still need assistance." Video: Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We may not access any access information not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form. Best regards |

Thanks for providing the access details, You see this message because the page was already sent for translation into Arabic. When I set Arabic to "Do Nothing, the message won't appear. Please send the page for translation into the other languages, then you can translate it from WPML > Translations. I couldn't find any issues regarding the "WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency" plugin, it's installed and activated. You can access it from WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. Kind regards, |

Please make sure that you have a full backup of the database and website then try the following steps: 1. Edit the original page with the WP editor Let me know please how that goes. |

To best troubleshoot the issue, kindly create a copy of your site and provide a link to download it. You can use the Duplicator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) or the All-in-One WP Migration plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/). The plugin will create a package file that you can download then upload again to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the download link in the next reply which I have marked as private. I'll import it to debug the issue locally, then escalate it to our 2nd tier support team for further investigation if needed. Alternatively, you can grant me permission to install one of the above plugins and get a copy from my side. Please check here for more details: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ Thanks for your cooperation. |

Hi, I tested duplicating the page and sending the new copy for translation and it shows the same issue. Also sending a new page with no content shows the same behavior. I'm consulting our 2nd tier support team about this issue and will update you once I get their feedback 1. Could you please tell me more details about the following? - Did you install any new plugins before seeing this issue? 2. Please provide me with the WordPress debug.log, this will allow us to see if any PHP errors are being produced. More Info: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for: define('WP_DEBUG', false); And change it to: define('WP_DEBUG', true); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); // Disable display of errors and warnings which is recommended on a live site. define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); @ini_set('display_errors',0); Then try to reproduce the issue and check if any errors were saved to the debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory |

The page was duplicated into German with WPML, but this shouldn't cause any issues when translating to the other languages. Even when I set the German to "Do nothing", I still see the same issue. Please recheck the FTP access details as it shows an incorrect password error. Or install the file manager plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/ so we can check the debug log. |

I'm still getting the Access denied message. Could you please install the file manager plugin instead? |
