Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I understand the issue here is the new content of the page isn't available in the Advanced Translation Editor for translation. Based on the debug info, I see you are using the Classic Editor plugin so I suggest you follow the workaround in the ticket below to use the Block editor to make changes to the original page and see if it helps.

Hi,

Here are some steps to fix the issue:

1. Deactivate the plugin Classic Editor.
2. Edit the post with Block editor.
3. Hover over the content and click on "Convert to blocks".
4. Make a small change to the post content > Save.
5. Update the translation in ATE.

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
