Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync products on my WordPress site using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
Instead of seeing the product sync, I am getting 'Default Chinese (3) English (0)'.

Questions:
Why are the products not syncing as expected?
How can I resolve the issue of seeing 'Default Chinese (3) English (0)' instead of a successful sync?

Thanks for your reply. Did you recently import your products from other Websites? If you did, you need to run the sync using the WPML Export and Import addon as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-export-and-import/
