Hello, I have a problem where the primary language and one secondary will not show this product, yet two other languages do. Whilst I don't know if this is a problem with WPML or elsewhere it seems reasonable to at least ask you since language is a factor.

Many thanks NEIL
Thank you for sharing the details. I checked your shop in Spanish, and when clicking on the product itself, I was lead to a 404 (see attached image). This behavior is not expected.
When searching for "5,6" in English, the product wasn't found. There are 2 infos I need to help me find out what might be causing this:
1. Please share a screenshot of WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency, where I can see this specific product listed (to check how it is translated).
2. Please share a screenshot of WPML > Language > Language switcher options
This way, I can see some of your settings. I'm waiting for your feedback.
Hello Lucas, thank you for picking this up. Please see attached views as requested. I can see that the Spanish translation is missing, I haven't tried to re-build that awaiting your comments. Cheers, NEIL
Thank you for sharing. First, I noticed that the product is marked as Private. Please make it public and then finish the translation (You can do that by clicking on the "+" sign in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency). When the translation is complete, you'll see a pencil to edit it.
No the problem product is the third listed NOT the first, which I created as duplicate to test, and which exhibits the same problem. Hence the product IS published.
However I have now tried to initiate the translation to Spanish, which goes through the process (including the screen shown) yet the translation doesn't show.
To recap the English and Spanish give "Oops! page not found" whereas French and German show properly.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
