Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I can see that your account has been renewed.

Can you try the following steps?

2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A message asking you to enter the site key will appear. Click on Get a key for this site.

3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to Production site.

4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.

Thanks for reply.
I do not have an "Add New" button in Plug-ins in WordPress.
There is register button next to the WPML plugins however.
But when I click Register next to the WPML plugins all I get is "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Are you logged in as an admin user? Or is the Add New button disabled?
