This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Certain sentences on the client's website were not translating, despite previously working and appearing translated in the translator.
Solution:
We cleared Divi's cache, which updated the content for both logged-in and logged-out states. We recommend that if you're experiencing similar issues, you should clear both Divi's and WP Rocket's caches after making changes to the original content and updating translations. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hey there,

I've cleared Divi's cache, and now the content is updated both when logged in and logged out.

After making changes to original content AND when updating translations, please always clear both Divi's and WP Rocket's caches.
