Split: customer email is missing in the translated form

aduanL	Hi Itamar, Sorry to bother you again, but I just found another issue related to our website forms. When a customer submits a form on our translated website, we receive the notification email correctly, it shows the customer’s message and phone number, but the email address that the customer filled in does not appear in the email we receive. Itamar WPML Supporter since 02/2016 Languages: Hebrew (עברית ) Timezone: Asia/Jerusalem (GMT+03:00)	Hi, Since it is a separate issue, I've split it into a new ticket. I checked the French translation of the form here: hidden link And I could see that the <[customer-email]> shortcode is missing. Please see the attached screenshot. So I added it and clicked the Save button. Now you should see the email address when you receive an email notification from Translated Forms. I did the same in all the translations of the 'eonyx Contact Form_equivalent width' form. Can you please confirm the problem is solved now? Thanks, Itamar.

aduanL	Hi Itamar, Thank you very much for your help. I have tried the translated site, the form is ok, but I noticed that the form in English site has a problem, with the Phone Number sector, you may check that in the screenshot. Could you please fixed the problem, thank you.
