This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find where to switch from automatic translation to manual translation and cannot see options to translate the footer, header, appointments, and filters.
Solution:
To switch between the WP Editor and the Translation Editor, you need to access the post or page in the language it was originally created. For example, if a page was created in English, switch the language in the top bar to English, access the post, and then you will be able to see the Language Options where you can change the editor.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Regarding the switch between WP Editor and the Translation Editor, you must access the post/page in the language it was created. So if a page was created in EN, switch the language in the top bar to EN (check image 01), access the post, and you'll be able to see the Language Options, where you can change the editor (see image 02).

Let me know if you still have questions.
