Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate specific strings in my WordPress site using WPML. I have translated the strings: 'Just to let you know — we've received your order #%s, and it is now being processed:' and 'Woo! You’ve received a new order from %s:'. However, they are still appearing in English. You can see the issue here: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The strings I translated are still displaying in English instead of Danish.

Questions:
Why are the translated strings still showing in English?
How can I ensure the strings are displayed in Danish?

Hi there.

Did you also get the chance to try the steps from here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce-emails/

Please let us know how things go.

Hi Mihai,

As you can see in the screenshot I just sent you, the strings are translated in the String Translation.

Best Regards,
Peter

Deleted the strings, rescanned the Woocommerce plugins, translated the strings again.
