Could you please share the full text of the error or warning message? Also, does the same issue happen if you temporarily disable all plugins except WPML?

First, please try the following steps:
- Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting and run these options:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

Regarding the other problem, could you kindly create a new support ticket and describe the issue in as much detail as possible? This will help us keep each topic organized and ensure every issue gets the proper attention.
