This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have a pop-up on your page built with the Elementor pop-up builder, and although you've translated the content in WordPress, the translation does not appear when switching the site to German or Spanish. The pop-up content remains in English.
Solution:
We recommend that you edit the translated templates for each language to ensure they are linked correctly. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Access your WordPress admin area.
2. Navigate to the Elementor Library for pop-ups.
3. Select the appropriate language tab for your translations.
For Spanish, ensure you are editing the pop-up under the Spanish language settings. Similarly, for German, make sure to adjust the settings under the German language tab.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your current setup, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
