Hello,

The string *Free* is part of *MBE eShip*. So it took more than expected time to find the exact origin of the string. We are getting the expected results in our local copy after the following steps. So please try it on your site after a site backup and let us know your feedback.

1) Visit WPML>>Theme and plugins localization
2) Scroll down to *Strings in the plugins* section
3) Choose the *MBE eShip* plugin from the plugins list
4) Scan for the plugin strings
5) Wait until the scanning process is complete
6) Visit WPML>>String Translation
7) Search for the *Free* string and translate it.

Please refer to the following documentation and attached images for more details.
