Regarding the issue "No self-referencing hreflang" from Semrush when you check the URL hidden link
I think it is the issue from the analysis tool only, it checks all the parameters added to the URL: ?utm_campaign=enterprise-architecture-management-wiki&utm_source=website&utm_medium=wiki&utm_content=theme-1-parent-2
while the actual page URL is hidden link without the parameters and WPML also doesn't add the parameter to the hreflang URL as well as canonical URL.
If you check the page URL hidden link with Semrush again, I think you won't see that issue.
The parameter could be added by a third-party plugin or a block of code on your site even without WPML plugin. You can try to enable a minimal environment as below and recheck this:
- Deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
- Clear all caches (browser, hosting ...)
