Background of the issue:
I am using the plugin 'The Events Calendar' and I have translated everything using WPML. I am trying to display tickets on the translated single event pages on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
On the single events page, when I click on another language, it does not show the ticket section.

Questions:
Right now I solved it like this. I manually edited it through wordpress and added the tickets there. But this is not best practice obviously because when I do changes to the main language and translate it again then all of edits on the different languages will be lost and the tickets are not there any more

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

There's a known issue related to your query, please try the workaround mentioned in this errata.

IMPORTANT: Please take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

It is highly advised to try this on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

Regards.

Thank you for the updates.

Unfortunately "Event Ticket Plus" plugin isn't fully compatible with WPML, as the errata has also stated (at end of the workaround):

Next steps to resolve this issue

Event Tickets Plus and WPML are not fully compatible yet, but we’d like to work collaboratively with The Events Calendar team to finalize this. If this plugin’s compatibility with WPML is important to you, please let The Events Calendar team know via their public support forum, or hidden link">private support channels and we can try to push this forward together.

I'll recommend trying the workaround, skipping the WooCommerce part (related to the Products) but adding XML & PHP code, updating tickets and their translations as prescribed. This may be helpful.

If this still doesn't work, then please contact plugin support as mentioned above.
