Hey there,

I've checked your issue on a local copy of the website, but the behavior was a bit different — the translations weren't showing links inside the editor, and the files weren't found in any language. I tried creating different copies, but couldn't reproduce the issue as it is locally. Unfortunately, with that, I cannot really investigate what's going on.

Can you please create a staging version of the website? You can use a plugin to do that, or reach out to your hosting support, they can help you creating one. Please keep the same user as you've already share there, so I can access it. Send me the link here when you're done.

This way, I can make tests and check for causes without harming your live website. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hey there,

It seems that there was some issue applying the setting to the product. You can fix that, by deleting and recreating the translation. Since the translation is saved in memory, the process is quick.

To delete, visit the Products list in the back end, and switch to English, on the top-bar. Send the translated product to the trash and completely remove it from the trash can. After that, you can simply recreate and it should work.
