This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to translate Kadence elements using ATE, but are encountering issues where items unexpectedly get flagged for later, and translations are being removed. This problem makes manual translation seem easier compared to using ATE. Solution: We have identified that this is a known issue affecting other clients as well. We are currently developing a fix, which will be included in an upcoming release. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeline for this release yet. For more details, you can check the related known issue here: https://wpml.org/errata/ate-some-segments-are-automatically-marked-as-flagged-for-later/
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking other related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate Kadence elements with ATE. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
I expected translations to stick and be easy, but instead, I got a headache with items flagged for later that were not flagged, and translations being removed. This issue is demonstrated in the video: hidden link.
Questions:
Why are items being flagged for later when they were not flagged?
Why are translations being removed?
Why is it easier to translate manually then with ATE? Something seems to be corrupted
Thank you for sharing the video. There's indeed some UX issues with your ATE. Is there a way to consistently reproduce this behavior? I'm asking that so we can actually have a way to recreate and analyze this behavior.
I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
The temp user you created for me, does not have an email added to it, which is a mandatory field in WP. I can't add it myself, since I don't have the necessary privileges. Please add a random e-mail to it, I'm having issues that are blocking me from checking translations. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing. I've removed it from the last message since it was publicly shared, by accident. I'm still analyzing and will get back to you once I have new information. Thank you for your patience.
Upon checking your website again today, I wasn't able to access any WPML translation because of an apparent new issue with WPML. I tried a few solutions, but couldn't solve it yet. Since this is another issue, I've created a separate ticket for it:
Thank you for clarifying. I manually fixed the issue for you, by unflagging the fields one by one. We recently rolled out a newer version of the Advanced Translation Editor. Please let me know if you have the issue with any new translation.
