Problem:
The client is unable to see the translation boxes in the Advanced Translator.
Solution:
We recommend trying to use a different browser or clearing the browser cache to see if the issue resolves.

If the problem persists, we suggest checking the related known issues and verifying that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. I am trying to translate pages using the Advanced Translator, which have worked fine until today, but now the translation boxes doesn't appear.

I have attached a screenshot from the translator.
