This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to access the Arabic version of their products and the footer was displaying in English instead of Arabic on their multilingual site.
Solution:
1. We identified that the issue with accessing the Arabic products was due to an incorrect translation of a string related to the customer review section. We corrected this translation, which resolved the access issue.
2. To fix the footer translation, we translated the slug of the footer saved in the theme's options. We followed the steps described in our guide on finding and translating strings that don't appear on the string translation page. You can find more details on this process here.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the Arabic version of my site, specifically the products, but it is not working. The English version is accessible at hidden link, but the Arabic version is not accessible at hidden link. Additionally, I have translated my footer from English to Arabic, but it still shows the English footer on the Arabic site.

Symptoms:
The Arabic version of the products is not accessible, and the footer on the Arabic site shows in English instead of Arabic.

Questions:
Why is the Arabic version of my products not accessible?
Why does the Arabic site show the English footer instead of the translated Arabic footer?

You can see the uploaded image for footer.

3- A new issue came up, why in the blog page it shows both ar and en posts?

Hi there,

1.- You are correct, this time I was able to see the problem.

Please share the access credentials to your site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to double-check the configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

2.- Thanks for this information about the footer. Please share the URL of the screenshot or describe the steps to see that same screen. I need to know exactly how to edit the footer.

3.- We can only solve one issue per ticket, and we are already trying to solve two issues (the products and the footer) in this ticket. We will address the issue with the blog page in a separate ticket once we have resolved the first two problems.

Looking forward to your message.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

The cause of the issue was that the string that appears in this URL: hidden link was incorrectly translated.

I have fixed the translation, and now you can see the product in Arabic.

Can you confirm that the issue was solved?

To solve the problem with the translation of the footer, I had to translate the slug of the footer, which was saved in the theme's options, by following the steps described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

You can find the translated string in this URL: hidden link

Hi,
I'm glad to hear that the original issue was solved

1.- I visited the blog page in both languages, and the blog posts are appearing correctly translated. If you see any errors on the blog page, please describe the steps to reproduce them and share screenshots where the issue can be seen.

2.- I fixed the warning on the WP Menu Sync page by deleting the incorrect menu items from the menus.
