I have configured the RWS APi in WPML and it is successful in authentication and communcation. When I attempt to send a page for translation, it goes through the entire process to sending batch. It sit there refreshing for about a minute then fails with the error page.

"Translation Jobs Cancelled

WPML could not deliver the translation jobs to RWS Language Cloud TMS. If this is the first time you’re seeing this message, return to WPML’s Translation Dashboard and retry sending the content to translation. If the problem persists, open a ticket in WPML support, so that we can check what’s wrong and help you."

Here is an updated Debug Log. I saw the memory wasn't set high enough so I updated it. Now everything on the server is passing.

Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

I would need to access both your site's wp-admin, if possible.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned. You can safely add your information into these fields.

We will not do any changes but only to check the issue.

Please also share batch or page that we can use to test and send to Translation service.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

our team checked and seems there is an issue with your language pairing code on our your website and project configuration.

There are some jobs that have some language pairs not configured to the project like es, pt-pt, pt-br and id
Those languages need to be added from the project configuration from the translation service side, so you need to contact the translation service and ask them to do it for him.

Once done, please inform us as we also need to add this newly correct code from our side so the communication from WPML, and translations service is using some language code.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Drazen

I have tons of translations that are saying waiting on Translation Service, but when I log into the Translation service it is saying it is completed and ready for download.

I have tried to refresh and some translations were processed, but others are not.

Yes, we made the changes. It processed a lot of our translations but we are still getting errors where the batch will submit then fail. I am not seeing any error message and have attempted the problem Blog Posts several times with the same outcome.

The issue is that WPML jobs are partially completing for some languages and remaining "in-progress" for others even though all languages are complete in Trados/RWS. See attached screenshots for examples.

Yesterday I had to submit certain pages over and over again in order to get all the translations to be detected and download properly even though all were received by RWS and Translated "awaiting to be downloaded"

Hello,

please let's concentrate at the first issue first, since your configuration is still not correct and some issues may happen.

Once this is fixed and configured correctly, also from our side, I will update you when. Then if you still have an issue we will open a new ticket and further check your any other issue.

I will update you soon, thanks,
Drazen

How is my configuration not correct. The only issue that I was asked to solve was adding support for the missing languages in Trados to the project which was completed days ago. I have been able to successfully process hundreds of posts.

Hello,

yes, I we asked you to set up that, but we also need to set up translation proxy settings that connect Trados and your website through WPML.

I have mentioned this in my reply before, please check: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-could-not-deliver-the-translation-jobs-to-rws-language-cloud-tms/#post-15023763

As this ticket is escalated to our translation proxy team, I ask you for a bit of patience until I get a confirmation from them and then we can further check any other issues.

Thanks,
Drazen

So this isn't done in WordPress, but on the servers on your end?
Trying to better understand the root issue, could you explain why I have been able to translate over a million words so far without issues through WPML -> Trados, but only some of the jobs are failing?

Hello,

you use WPML to send content from your website to translation service, this is done trough ur proxy system as middle man, it connects your website and translation service.

It could be because of the issue we are just solving, and some of the language codes not supported and set up for your translation service nd your website.

I will update you soon.

Thanks,
Drazen
