Background of the issue:
When I create English version of original Danish recipe using plugin WP Recipe Maker (WPRM), ingredient and instruction lines in the recipe are repeated 8 times in the translation. This happens to the majority of my recipes, but not all, on my website.
After trying to investigate the issue, I can see the issue with the old recipe "Krydrede grissini opskrift".
This is a database issue, please check the attached screenshots. There are 9 post meta entries "wprm_ingredients" associated with the post ID 9948 (recipe Krydrede grissini opskrift). All of post meta values will be sent to the translation editor and you will see one segment 9 times.
If you check the post meta of the new test recipe "test sesam laks", ID 46732, you won't see the same issue. There is only one post meta "wprm_ingredients" associated with this recipe.
I suggest you contact the plugin WP Recipe Maker author and ask them if there is an option to delete some old/redundant post meta in the database then translate the recipe again.
