Hello, I am facing a problem with the shipping price rounding. I set 1€=25 CZK and rounding is set down to 10 and minus 1.
If the shipping fee is 3,50€ included VAT I am getting 83 CZK instead of 79 CZK, if the shipping is 4,5€ I am getting 119CZK instead of 109CZK. For product prices works the rounding correctly.

1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.
- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.

Before proceeding further, may I ask you to try the following?
IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, WCML and WooComerce and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Hello, I tried it but there is still the same issue. The shipping fee for the second currency is rounded before taxes and then the final price is different as for the primary currency. This issue is only with shipping costs, prices of products are rounded after taxation
I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
Can you please create a minimal setup on the following Sandbox site? It is a fresh installation with WPML plugins uploaded and configured with Czech and Slovak languages.
I've also uploaded WooCommerce and WCML, but haven't activated and configured, so you can configure as per your setup.
I'd request you to reproduce the issue in hidden link (one click login). This way we can see if this only happens on your server or it's a global problem. Then I can also request expert insights from our 2nd tier team, to investigate the issue.
Please take your time and reply when the site is ready. Once you are able to reproduce the issue, please write down detailed steps about how one can reproduce the issue on another fresh installation.
Hello, thanks for your feedback. I duplicated the same problem here. I created a test product in price 3,50€ incl. 20% VAT and shipping fee 3,50€ incl. 20% VAT.
The converted price for test product is 79 CZK and it is correct.
The converted price for shipping is 83 CZK.
The shipping in another currency is calculated this way:
3,5€ * 25CZK = 87,5 CZK (I set 1€ = 25 CZK)
87,5 - VAT = 72,92 CZK
this amount is rounded down to 70 (I set the rounding in WPML)
The VAT is added 70 * 1,2 = 84CZK
84 - 1 = 83 CZK (I set the autosubstract in WPML)
I think it should be calculated this way:
3,5€ * 25 CZK = 87,5 CZK
rounded down to 80 and autosubtract 1 = 79 CZK
The issue has further been escalated to our compatibility team, as this is a known issue. Our team is looking into this already, however, there's no ETA so far.
But I'll update you as soon as there's some progress on it.
Apparently looks like when taxes are enabled then this issue happens.
