To move forward, we’ve decided to take a different approach and implement multilingual functionality without using a plugin.
I understand that we’re now outside the 30-day money-back guarantee. However, given the challenges we’ve faced and the fact that we’ve used less than 10% of the included translation credits, would it be possible to issue a refund for this purchase? Alternatively, could a pro-rated refund be considered?
