Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve a 503 SERVICE UNAVAILABLE error that users randomly encounter on pages with active translations. This issue seems related to WPML, as it doesn't occur when the plugin is deactivated or uninstalled. To resolve this, I enter any article and click SAVE, which likely triggers a backend process that restores visibility to all pages. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
Users randomly encounter the 503 SERVICE UNAVAILABLE error on pages with active translations. The error does not occur when WPML is deactivated or uninstalled.
