richardN-16	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development and using WPML. I have WordPress VIP hosting, and they recommended adding packages locally. Symptoms: I am getting this on my dashboard: 'WPML String Translation is attempting to write .mo files with translations to folder: /var/www/wp-content/languages. This folder appears to be not writable. This is blocking translation for strings from appearing on the site.' Questions: How do I download packages if I get this error locally?

Mihai Apetrei WPML Supporter since 03/2018 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. Can please try the steps mentioned in the workaround here: https://wpml.org/errata/hosting-with-read-only-folder-wp-content-languages-issues-with-wpml-string-translation/ That should fix the issue. Please also look into the comments section, as some people are reporting different ways they have resolved this. Please let me know how things go. Mihai Apetrei
