Background of the issue:
I have a custom product page built with ACF fields. On the backend of the translated page, I see the image, but it isn't showing on the live site. I am using WPML and have chosen the option to keep the same fields in all languages.

Symptoms:
ACF image not showing on the live site for the translated page.

Questions:
Why is the ACF image not displaying on the live site for the translated page?

Thanks for contacting us. I need to check your configuration. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. It looks like the issue is related to the HTML code here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot. I've corrected it for you and it shows up now on DE language here hidden link . Could you check and revert?

Hello,

So I looks like he changed the " to %22 in the translations? How can we prevent this?

Do we need to edit the translated UX block we use for the product pages?

Thanks for your reply. Since you're using a template, I'd suggest manually translating the product template using the UX Builder into your other language so that you can make the correct adjustments. https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Thanks, its working and could easily translate all products.

But still some issue with the template for example:

hidden link

is translated to

hidden link

We have custom fields but these are empty in original, and should be empty in translated one.

But its showing some placeholder text, why is this and how to fix this?

Thanks for your help
