I am using ACF Pro and the ACF Multilingual (ACFML) add-on. I have created a new Options Page and assigned an ACF Field Group to it.
Current Issues:
Fields Locked: Even when the Repeater field is set to "Translate," some sub-fields appear "locked" in the Spanish translation view.
Permission Error: When I switch the admin language switcher to Spanish while on the Options Page, I receive the error: "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page."

Settings I have checked:
Post Type Translation: "Field Groups (acf-field-group)" is currently set to Not Translatable to avoid structure conflicts.
Option Page Settings: The setting "Make 'Options Pages' translatable" is enabled in WPML settings.
Translation Preferences: The main repeater is set to "Translate" in Expert mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the custom Options Page in the default language (English).
Use the admin bar language switcher to select Spanish.
The page fails to load with a permission error, or the fields remain locked and non-editable.
Request:
Could you please help me identify why the Spanish version is inaccessible or locked? I can provide site debug information if needed.

Welcome to WPML support. The chat was disconnected, I created this ticket to follow up on the issue.

Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard> WPML > Translation Dashboard and find the ACF Options Page section and send it for translation?

After that go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Translations, take the translation and make sure it is 100% complete

That should do the trick.
