I cannot find a solution for this issue and I will escalate this now to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. I will come back to you once I've feedback.
After double-checking, it appears that the problem persists even after deactivating ACFML, suggesting it's not related to that plugin. It seems to be a theme-specific issue, as switching themes resolves the problem. I recommend reaching out to your theme developer for additional support.
We are checking with theme change but still we are getting same error. it's not a theme specific issue.
This issue we are facing on the other language a part of English language.

Our second-tier support has investigated, and it appears that the error stems from Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). It seems that you have assigned identical field names to multiple fields within the field group "Flexible - Global Content Blocks." Please ensure that each field has a unique name. Additionally, this issue appears to be unrelated to WPML. Even ACF advises against using identical field names for various fields, as it may lead to difficulties when calling these fields on the frontend.
Have you guy's made any changes on the site, currently all the options are not displaying on backend side. Also, Frontend not working properly.
