This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You want to make your client's site ADA compliant and are inquiring how WPML handles ADA compliance, particularly if WPML can automatically translate pages, media, forms, etc., for ADA, or if you need to manage English and Spanish pages separately.
Solution:
If the plugins you're using for ADA compliance are compatible with WPML, or if their strings are registered with WPML String Translation, then you can use WPML's 'translate everything' feature to automatically translate the strings. This applies to page content as well. For forms and widgets, the translation will depend on your site's setup. We recommend checking the compatibility of your ADA plugins/widgets with WPML on our tested compatible plugins list. If you need further assistance, please provide screenshots of your backend or information about specific plugins, and we will be happy to help.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

I want to make my client's site ADA compliant and since we use this plugin I'm wondering how WPML works with ADA? We'll use the wave tool and an ada plugin/widget so does WPML auto translate for ADA also? Or we need to do ALL English Pages and ALL Spanish pages separately? Including Media, Forms, etc for ADA. Any direction/advice is appreciated.

Hi there, thanks for contacting WPML support. If the plugins you are using are compatible with WPML, or if the plugin strings are at least registered with WPML String Translation, then it shouldn't be a problem to use WPML's automatic translate everything which would translate the strings. Same for pages, you can set WPML to translate everything and it will translate page content. As for forms and widgets, it really depends on how things on your site are set up. If you want to send me some screenshots of your backend, or information on a specific plugin, I'll be happy to look more into it. You can find a list of our tested compatible plugins here: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/
