Admin dashboard not loading (again)

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

jordanP-2	Hi, I was just working with Andrey on another thread (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/dashboard-wont-load-after-installing-wpml/) and closed it. I wasn't sure if I would get a reply by re-opening that thread so I created a new one. The dashboard was loading just fine. However, once my colleague started to config WPML, he got this error: The application did not respond in time. The AddThis plugin has been completely removed from the site, so that isn't the issue. I can't access the WPML debug log but here's the one from the server: https://pastebin.com/ZkNa6a2q Can you help me again? Thank you!
