Admin panel got translated when i switch the default language

camillef-5	Background of the issue: I am developing a site at hidden link and have changed the default language to Arabic. I have also changed the admin and edit language to English. Symptoms: Some of the menu items in the admin panel are still in Arabic even after changing the admin and edit language to English. Questions: How can I change the menu items in the admin panel back to English?
