This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) created for a page are not displaying in the translated version of the page.
Solution:
We found that the Translation Option for the "Our Process Page Management" field group was not set, which caused the ACF fields to be missing from the translated page. To resolve this:
1. Go to ACF >> Field Groups.
2. Open the "Our Process Page Management" field group in Edit mode.
3. Set the Translation Option to "Same fields across languages."
4. Update and re-save the default language page using that field group to reload the translation.
Now, the ACF fields should be ready for translation. We recommend completing the translation of that page and checking if the issue is resolved.
For more details on choosing the Translation option for each field group, please refer to our documentation: ACF Multilingual Setup

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I noticed that the Translation Option wasn't set for the “Our Process Page Management” field group, causing ACF fields to be missing from that page.

To fix this, I went to ACF >> Field Groups, opened the “Our Process Page Management” field group in Edit mode, and set the Translation Option to “Same fields across languages.” After updating, I re-saved the default language page using that field group to reload the translation, and now the ACF fields are ready for translation, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please complete the translation of that page and check if this solves your issue?

You can choose the Translation option for each field group

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you

Glad to hear your pages translation issue is solved. Regarding the problems with missing header/footer in a secondary language, it's a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/header-and-footer-are-not-showing/ and we will continue to work on the new ticket.

Thank you
